Operation Instructions:

1. Power the module; the blue LED will turn on and enter Bluetooth mode.

2. After the startup tone, the board will wait for pairing.

3. Enable Bluetooth on your phone; “XY-P15W” will appear in the list.

4. Select “XY-P15W” to connect. A tone will confirm successful pairing.

5. After pairing, you can begin playing music.

6. When Bluetooth disconnects, the board will signal with an audio tone and enter standby for the next pairing.

NOTE: Keep at least 2 meters away from a WiFi router to avoid interference.

 

Important Notes:

Recommended voltage: 8–24V DC. Voltages above 26V will damage the board.

When driving a 4Ω load: supply voltage must be under 12V.

When driving an 8Ω load: supply voltage must be under 24V.

Power supply must provide at least 2A.

If output exceeds 20W × 2, a cooling fin is required.

Speaker wires should be within 1 meter in length.

For ESD protection, discharge static electricity from your hands before touching the module.

Speakers of 30W or higher are recommended.

 

Fault Checklist:

1. LED not lit – Check power supply.

 

2. LED lit, but “XY-P15W” not found – Check for nearby WiFi routers and move the module farther away.

 

3. Speaker “pops” during power on – Speaker load may be too small; the amplifier may enter DC protection.

Try lowering the supply voltage and restarting.

Ensure the power supply is sufficient (2A recommended).

 

4. Background noise while playing – Test with different audio/music.

Try another speaker to rule out speaker issues.

Try another power supply to eliminate unstable voltage noise.

5. Intermittent audio playback – Check if the board is overheating (may enter thermal protection).

Bluetooth may be unstable; adjust the angle or distance of the connected device.

Check for nearby WiFi interference.
